PASTOR'S TEAM RESIDENT

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the diverse number of projects carried by Pastor Louie Giglio’s Executive Support Team. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Collaborate with Pastor Louie’s Team to execute a variety of projects – including but not limited to special events, book releases, social media, conferences and more, all while ensuring excellence.
• Assist Pastor Louie’s Team with all incoming correspondence.
• Assist with collaboration on Publishing projects to creatively promote Pastor Louie’s books and resources.
• Assist with Pastor Louie’s meeting related needs – location, room set-up, coffee, meals, etc.
• Coordinate and manage supply closet inventory.
• Support Pastor Louie’s team by staying aware of Passion team birthdays, anniversaries, and significant life events.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Has strong familiarity with Social Media platforms.
• Pays attention to detail and follows through with tasks.
• Maintains excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Has a vehicle and is comfortable driving in Atlanta.Has a bachelor’s degree.
• Performs Resident and job duties on time and with excellence.
• Actively participates in the life of Passion City Church, including but not limited to weekly Sunday attendance.
