PRODUCTION RESIDENT

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Production Team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the Production Team Director. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Assist the producer with whatever they may need to be successful.
• Ensure that the pre-production process starts early enough to be successful.
• Assist Production Managers in leading contractors for gatherings and events.
• Collaborate across Production fields to bring support to Audio, Video, and Lighting Teams.
• Act as a Production Assistant for gatherings and events as needed.
• Execute various administrative responsibilities including but not limited to coordinating guest itineraries, managing cross-team communications, coordinating meeting schedules + set ups etc.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, and all-day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and two to four years of experience in live event production or equivalent combination of experience is required.
• Can quickly evaluate multiple scenarios to determine the best possible outcome.
• Likes last minute curveballs and has the “get it done” gene.
• Can operate off of limited information to execute a completed plan.
