TRILITH SOCIAL MEDIA RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Passion City Church at Trilith Team by creatively managing and growing our social media accounts under the leadership of our Location Pastor and room leaders. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate, create, and capture social media content for the Passion City Church at Trilith location
• Responsible for gathering and / or taking all imagery needed for posts on Sundays and other events
• Monitor and moderate Instagram account(s), including interaction with followers, answers to questions, DMs or messages in a timely manner after posting
• Consistently ideate, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content
• Closely monitor marketing, social media and technology trends and make recommendations based on new developments
• Monitor and report key social media metrics, statistics, and insights
• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday

• A strong eye for design, photography, and videography


• At least a basic-level skill for photography and photo-design layout


• Experience in a digital, communications or other marketing equivalent environment


• Strong copy-writing skills, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, with particular regard to spelling and grammar
