OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Young Adults Team by overseeing and executing campus engagement, creative, and relational needs in assistance to the Young Adults Director. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
• Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
• Build, develop, create, and implement campus specific strategies for engagement and investment on our campuses while building relationships with campus ministries, Greek orgs, student gov, and sports teams, as well as promote YA on campuses and build the overall campus presence of YA.
• Oversee all social media channels and brainstorm and execute content strategy in order to share the story of all that God is doing through the Young Adult room of our House.
• Brainstorm and develop creative elements including socials, videos, graphics, and apparel.
• Assist YA staff with family groups and lead a family group.
• Support the YA team at events like Collective Nights, Summer in the City, Passion Conference, leader trainings, serve projects, Christmas in the City, etc.
• Grow theologically by engaging in seminary in a hands on ministry environment.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday

Seminary (4-5 classes/semester) – 16-20 hours / week in mandatory study hall + Formation

Ministry Team – 20 hours / week

None
