Resident Care Aide (CNA & Non-CNA) + Scholarship

Navion is looking for Resident Care Aides to provide high quality care to the residents of Carolina Reserve of Hendersonville and Laurel Park.  Responsiblities include: 

• Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
• Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
• Assist residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulation

• Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
• One year of nursing experience a plus
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with the senior population

Educational Advancement/Scholarship Program:

All applicants are offered a paid, 80 hour training course as part of employment with Carolina Reserve. This training allows employees to become eligible for certification as a medication aide (a training course that Carolina Reserve also provides), which can generate 25%+ increases in salary in a short-order.
