Care Staff / Medical Technician - All Shifts

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs)

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team

- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

- Document care activities accurately and timely

- Foster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents’ dignity and well-being

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medication Technician (preferred) or relevant caregiving experience

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight hours

- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols

- High school diploma or equivalent required
