Join Our Team as a Resident Care Manager!

Are you a superhero in scrubs? Do you have the charm of a stand-up comedian and the heart of a caregiver? If so, we want YOU to bring your talents to our skilled nursing facility located in Battleground, WA !

What You'll Do:

  • Lead with Laughter: Bring joy to our residents' lives with your witty jokes and infectious smile. Remember, laughter is the best medicine (after actual medicine, of course)!
  • Supervise with Style: Oversee our amazing care team while rocking your favorite nursing shoes and keeping the coffee pot full.
  • Communication Guru: Be the bridge between families, residents, and staff. You’ll need to be part care manager, part therapist, and part magician (because you'll need to make problems disappear).

What We’re Looking For:

  • A valid RN license (because we like to keep things legal).
  • A sense of humor that could rival a late-night talk show host.
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (bonus points if you’ve got tales of wild bingo nights).
  • An understanding that sometimes, the best care involves a good laugh or a silly hat.

Requirements

Education

Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. RN required.

Licenses/Certification  

Current RN license.

Valid CPR certificate.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Must have, as a minimum, one (1) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
