Resident Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

Regularly seek to understand and anticipate what residents need through communication, availability and looking for opportunities to enhance the resident experience. This achieved by regular property inspections and periodic visits to each resident. Assisting new residents move-in by orienting the community procedures, parking, bustiness hours, mail etc. Generating monthly calendar resident events while monitoring attendance to the events. Manage all supplies need for events and coordinate with the Property Manager for purchases and supplies. Marketing the property successfully through marketing, sales, lease negotiation, and create marketing strategies with the Property Manager. Establish a referral network through local employers, businesses, locators, and residents. Successfully manage weekly marketing reports and distribute semiannual resident surveys.

 Physical Demands

Extensive walking and climbing (stairs), frequent sitting, computer use, stopping and kneeling, moderate stress, light lifting, carry and travel on property.

Work Environment:

Primarily inside, secondarily onside, work around traffic areas, slippery or uneven walk areas and exposure to dust, insects, animals, weather, humidity, and the general public.

 CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD                                                                                           

 If an offer of employment is made and accepted, continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a thorough Criminal History Record Check(s). It is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who have been convicted of misdemeanor or felony offenses involving (a) illegal drug use, (b) public indecency, (c) theft, or (d) crimes against persons or property. Also, it is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who have any criminal history not disclosed by the applicant on the employment application. In special situations, we may make exceptions to the "no criminal history" policy, depending on the nature of the crime, how many years ago the crime occurred, the total number of crimes committed and other factors. Moving traffic violations will not be considered except for reckless driving, driving while intoxicated or excessive red light or speeding violations

DRUG SCREENING                                                                                                             

 If an offer of employment is made and accepted, continued employment will be contingent upon the satisfactory results of a Drug Screen Test. It is Capstone's policy to not employ individuals who test positive for illegal drug use or alcohol abuse.
