***Residential Care Coordinator***

Legacy Health Care Center is looking to hire a Full Time Resident Care Coordinator! This is a salaried position and offers opportunities for bonuses!  

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Director of Nursing


• Monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy


• Provide training and direction to staff in accordance with facility policy


• Administer medications


• Obtain weights and vital signs


• Face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety


• Assist with personal care needs


• Chart


• Interact with residents and address their needs and desires


• Report changes in resident's health and behavior


• Coordinate resident's care needs with providers and outside resources


• On call, staffing and scheduling

Skills:

• L1MA certification must be up to date


• Effective communicator


• Team player


• Customer service skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks


• Willingness to learn


• Desire to help people


• Familiarity with office equipment


• Exceptional attendance

Their faith in God is an especially important part of their life and is what motivates them to do what they do. The majority of the individuals that they serve have limited income and nowhere else to go.
