Cohannet Academyâ¯is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes inâ¯traumaâ¯informed care.â¯Cohannet provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.â¯
Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

YOUâ¯will be able to develop your skills in providing enriching daily activitiesâ¯for youth that we serveâ¯such asâ¯arts and crafts,â¯recreational activities including offsite fieldâ¯trips,â¯andâ¯more!â¯
YOU willâ¯be able to create a safe and therapeuticâ¯communityâ¯byâ¯supporting youth that we serve in developingâ¯andâ¯byâ¯role modelingâ¯effective copingâ¯strategies.â¯
YOU will helpâ¯youth that we serveâ¯discover what makes them feel competent and valuedâ¯by working with themâ¯to develop life skills suchâ¯as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.â¯Yourâ¯day-to-dayâ¯workâ¯willâ¯support youth that we serveâ¯inâ¯developing a sense of selfâ¯andâ¯provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.â¯

Requirements:â¯
Must be 21 years of age.â¯
COVID-19 Vaccination required.
Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting youth that we serve is required.â¯
Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.â¯
At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for youth that we serve!
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
