Residential HVAC Apprentice (entry level)

We are looking to grow our team and add HVAC trainees who will start in our install department and learn the ins and outs of the HVAC industry from the ground up. Our HVAC Trainees are not required to have any previous HVAC experience; in fact, most of our employees come to us with no previous experience and we train them to become experts in the Industry

As an HVAC Trainee you have the ability to earn while you learn with both on the job training and lab instruction in our top of the line training center. An average HVAC education could cost $10, $12, or even $15 thousand dollars and we will not just give that to you for free, we will pay you to learn it!

As an HVAC Trainee you will learn to complete the following tasks:

• Removal of existing equipment
• Safe removal of any refrigerant
• Set new units
• Braze in linesets
• Wire thermostats
• Run new duct work where needed
• And more

Pay starts at $17.25 for candidates with no previous experience and increases based on merit as skills are developed. We believe in rewarding those who work hard and pay increases and promotions are based on skill and deservedness not just tenure.

Requirements

• High school degree/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Six months of hand tool experience preferred.
