What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems


• Perform maintenance and identify potential system concerns


• Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners


• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship


• Accurately document work performed and recommendations


• Represent the company professionally and provide outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Gas License (Required)


• EPA Certification (Required)


• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


• Experience servicing residential HVAC equipment


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Self-motivated, dependable, and professional


• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
