• Draw + bonus + commission (total $150K-$225K)

What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory through canvassing and converting insurance bids into projects
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Represent and promote the company at industry events and home shows
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven insurance sales experience within the roofing industry
• Public Adjuster license
• Canvassing experience generating your own leads
• Knowledge of insurance bid processes
