POSITION SUMMARY: Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Foreman for our Clackamas location.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a crew of 1 -2 crew members in mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of residential properties.
• Plantings, trimming, and other small landscape projects
• Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience
• Ability to take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in English & Spanish

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk through maintenance accounts, through all types of terrain.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel & dig
• Able to drive company assigned vehicle and trailer.

Candidate must be 18 years or older.
