Your New Role

As a Residential Plumber at OnTime Service, you’ll be our customers’ go-to hero, handling repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems. You’ll educate clients about their systems, follow Alabama state and local codes, and deliver exceptional service without pushing unnecessary sales. Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
• Performing drain clearing and general maintenance
• Following state and local plumbing codes strictly
• Providing top-quality customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Working as part of a collaborative team that values each member’s contributions

• Current Journeyman Plumber License with the Alabama State Board of Plumbing (Master Plumber is a plus!)
• At least 1 year of residential plumbing experience
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in tight spaces
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
