Location:This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Orefield, Pennsylvania, ideal for a property management professional who enjoys being close to the properties, residents, vendors, and day-to-day operations.

Note:Candidates must have 3+ years of residential property management experience, including hands-on responsibility for leasing, tenant relations, property operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.

Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential rental portfolio of 100+ units.
• Track and report occupancy, property performance, financial status, and upcoming lease expirations.
• Meet prospective residents, conduct property showings, review applications, and support the leasing process.
• Market available units and coordinate leasing resources to maintain strong occupancy.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs, maintenance, materials, and capital needs.
• Manage vendors and service contracts for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, security, and other property services.
• Address resident concerns, property complaints, lease violations, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Help establish competitive rental rates while considering operating costs, taxes, market conditions, and property performance.
• Build positive resident relationships while identifying opportunities to improve operations and add value to the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• Experience managing leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, residents, and property needs effectively.
• Comfortable working with property management technology, reporting tools, and standard business software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between properties as needed.
• Experience managing a multi-property or 100+ unit residential portfolio is preferred.
