Farha Roofing is looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman to lead our residential roofing crews. If you're a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working with both customers and your team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise residential roofing crews on steep-slope roofing projects.


• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Farha Roofing's quality standards.


• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members throughout each project.


• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job site activities.


• Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.


• Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability.


• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Residential Roofing Foreman or Crew Leader required.


• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, installation techniques, and best practices.


• Comfortable working on steep-slope roofs and at heights.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to pass a background check.


• Reliable transportation.


• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
