Residential Sales & Installation Manager

The Residential Sales & Installation Manager is responsible for leading the Residential Account Management and Installation Project Management teams in Kansas serving our residential new construction and remodeling contractor customers. This position is responsible for driving profitable sales growth, strong project execution, and exceptional customer experience.

This role provides leadership across the customer relationship from sales opportunity through successful installation and project completion. The manager will develop team members, establish clear expectations and accountability, strengthen relationships with builders, remodeling contractors, and installation partners, and work closely with Design, Estimating, Project Coordination, and Operations to improve overall business performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management and Installation Project Management teams. 
• Drive profitable sales growth through development of existing builders and remodeling contractor accounts, new customer acquisition, pricing discipline, and strong customer relationships.
• Establish expectations and accountability for revenue, gross margin, sales activity, project execution, installation quality, and customer satisfaction. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with key builders and remodeling contractors and become actively involved when senior-level support is needed.
• Ensure Installation Project Managers effectively manage projects from handoff through successful completion. 
• Develop strong installer relationships and maintain adequate installation capacity to support current business and future growth. 
• Monitor and improve installation quality, scheduling, claims, callbacks, and rework
• Partner closely with Design, Estimating, and Project Coordination leadership to ensure effective handoffs, communication, capacity planning, and accountability. 
• Develop future leaders and build bench strength within Sales and Installation Project Management.
