Position Overview:
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations for a luxury residential complex near Mattydale, NY. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor access control points

  Conduct regular patrols of the residential property

  Perform occasional hourly patrols as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Write clear incident and daily activity reports

  
  


• 
  

  Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  2+ years security experience required

  
  


• 
  

  NY Guard Card

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and report-writing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

  
  


• Reliable means of transportation


• 
  

  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  
  

Compensation & Benefits:
