What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical systems and components in residential settings
- Perform electrical installations including outlets, switches, lighting, wiring, and panel upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues safely and efficiently
- Work on electrical service upgrades, circuit installations, surge protection, and home wiring tasks
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and recommend solutions to customers
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
- Explain work and recommendations to homeowners in clear, friendly language
- Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company procedures
- Adhere to all safety standards, codes, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a residential electrician or electrical technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and modern electrical practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
