Responsibilities

• 
  

  Install James Hardie, fiber cement, and vinyl siding

  
  


• 
  

  Complete tear-offs and replacement installations

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean and organized job sites

  
  


• 
  

  Take before/after photos and upload to CRM

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate professionally with homeowners and field superintendents

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of siding installation experience

  
  


• 
  

  Hardie siding experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Active insurance and licensing

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation, truck, and tools

  
  


• 
  

  Established crew preferred

  
  


• 
  

  At least one English-speaking crew member required

  Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland market
