Our residences foster independence, personal growth, and community inclusion while remaining close to families, day programs, schools, and other community resources. 

As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll: 
✔️ Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered support 
✔️ Teach daily living skills such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks 
✔️ Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings 
✔️ Document progress and collaborate with clinical teams to support individual goals 
✔️ Respond to challenging situations using trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
