Resort Condominium Housekeeper

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join a busy resort housekeeping team in the Myrtle Beach area.

This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condominium units to ensure each unit is clean, organized, and fully guest-ready before arrival.

This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned units within established productivity and quality standards. Successful candidates will be comfortable working independently, following a daily assignment schedule, and maintaining consistent quality during high-volume days.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condominium units for arriving guests
• Make beds and replace linens according to property standards
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
• Clean countertops, appliances, mirrors, fixtures, and other surfaces
• Vacuum carpets and sweep and mop hard-surface flooring
• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other assigned areas
• Remove trash and properly dispose of waste
• Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and guest amenities
• Check units for cleanliness, presentation, and missing items before completion
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost items, or unusual conditions to a supervisor
• Complete assigned units within required time expectations while maintaining quality standards
• Keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures, cleaning guidelines, and supervisor instructions
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed during high-occupancy periods

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, resort, condominium, vacation rental, or professional housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Experience cleaning multi-bedroom units is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing guest-ready accommodations
• Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage multiple assigned units and meet daily productivity expectations
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Professional attitude and ability to work well with supervisors and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and property cleaning standards
• Must be available to work the 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM shift
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding housekeeping duties throughout the shift, including:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting
• Pushing and pulling housekeeping carts and equipment
• Carrying linens, supplies, and cleaning materials
• Performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday
