PARK MODEL SALES – WORKCAMPER INDIVIDUAL OR COUPLE

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Professional or Sales Couple to help future residents discover the benefits of our beautiful Park Model resort homes — approximately 400 sq. ft. homes designed for comfortable, low-maintenance resort living.

Our buyers include RVers, snowbirds, seasonal travelers, and lifestyle seekers looking for the perfect Southern California home base. We’re looking for someone who understands the lifestyle, genuinely enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to turn interest into a closed sale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Connect with prospective Park Model buyers

• Give engaging resort and home tours

• Build relationships and understand each buyer’s needs

• Follow up consistently by phone, text, email, and in person

• Guide prospects from initial inquiry through purchase

• Create an exceptional experience that gets buyers excited about resort living

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience is a plus

• Confident relationship-builder and closer

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-driven

• Comfortable managing leads and consistent follow-up

• RV or Workcamper lifestyle experience strongly preferred

• Real estate, RV, automotive, hospitality, or other high-value sales experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

$16.90/hour

30–40 hours per week

PLUS $2,000 commission per funded & closed sale

INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES WELCOME!

Sales couples are encouraged to apply! Couples with complementary backgrounds in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or administration could be an excellent fit.
