Position Overview
The Resource Manager position is responsible for the smooth and efficient resourcing of the CGI and retouching team and ongoing operational support within Marks. It is essential to possess a proactive, professional, cheerful demeanor and service-oriented attitude with experience working in a fast paced, creative environment. The Resource Manager is required to be a multi-tasking, empathetic problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working efficiently and autonomously within a multiâdiscipline production studio. This role will report to the Global Resource Manager. This is a Hybrid role based in San Francisco (3 days per week in office).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
