Respiratory Care Therapist



Pulmonary Function Required







60 Day Contract Position







Lower Manhattan- Hospital







Mon- Fri  9am -5pm - Rotating weekends required










Requirements



  • M-F, weekends required.

  • 3 years of Pulmonary Function Technology exp (Required).

  • 1 in functioning lab.

  • 3 yrs Spirometry, Plethsmography, DLCO, 6 Min Walk Test & ABG EXP.

  • 2 yrs ICU exp (P).

  • NYS Respiratory Therapist license (R).

  • American Medical Association College Program Graduate

  • A.A.S/B.S. (Variable depending on Respiratory AMA Program) (R).

  • Working knowledge of current standards of mechanical ventilation & vents (R). Intubation exp (P).computer application knowledge (R).

  • BLS (R).

  • ACLS (P)
