Now Hiring: Respiratory Therapist (C/RRT) – Full-Time

Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Long-Term Care / Patient Care Setting

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (Certified or Registered) to join our team! This role provides therapeutic, diagnostic, and life-support respiratory care while supporting positive outcomes for our patients/residents through evidence-based care and strong teamwork.

Schedule

Full-Time
Day Shift | 12-hour shifts

Experience

1–5 years of experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients/residents
• Administer respiratory treatments and medications accurately and document appropriately 
• Provide patient/family education and support as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
• Maintain safety, infection control, and professional standards in all care settings
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing competency development

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current state respiratory care license (as applicable)
• Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (C/RRT) through NBRC
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered mindset
