Restaurant Assistant Manager

WE are looking for Managers to continue to build our leadership team!

Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner: We are family-owned and operated! You will work right next to the restaurant owners (us!) and we will invest time and energy in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

Uniforms: Free shirt, hat/visor and nametag

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.

Responsibilities:

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and
• mentor to support the development of a high performing team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates passion and leadership
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A genuine smile and positive personality
• Restaurant experience is preferred
