Ideal candidates will be comfortable working on the floor as well as off the floor. We are seeking goal oriented leaders who enjoy coaching others and leading with encouragement. Must have a desire to uphold restaurant policies and have the communications skills necessary to carry-out coaching and disciplinary conversations. Able and willing to manage and create systems in the restaurant and lead by example with safety rules & clean work areas. Restaurant leaders on our team should be effective at high-level business meetings as well as ground-level service with guests and team.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of Leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hospitality experience
• Experience building teams
• Success developing others
• Personal values in alignment with Chick-fil-A's values
