Restaurant Leader Responsibilities Include:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities
• Offering encouragement to the team for 2nd Mile Service goals
• Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
• Assisting in supporting the training of new hires and setting the tone for shifts
• Being a friendly and encouraging team player
• Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and being a key holder
• Counting drawers and finalizing the day
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
