We are looking for a talented and passion-driven Restaurant Manager that possesses outstanding business and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction while achieving our desired revenue and profits by managing staff, establishing and accomplishing business objectives.
Job Duties:
· Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.
· Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining, management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
· Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
· Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
· Minimum 3 + years as Restaurant Manager in a full service (table service with full bar) restaurant.
· Must possess strong leadership and communication skills
· Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures
· Previous experience maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action
· Demonstrated time management, organizational, and computer skills (Aloha)
· Must be dependable, reliable and motivates management and staff
· Must be able to work a ten-hour plus flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays with extensive stand/walking
· May lift material and/or product up to 50 pounds or more.
· Bilingual Spanish/English, preferred.
