We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to support daily Smokehouse operations, help develop our team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while also supporting catering execution and event success.

This role is ideal for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily Smokehouse operations and overall guest experience
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through hands-on leadership
• Maintain 4 Rivers standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and execution
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and inventory management
• Step into BOH and FOH support as business needs require
• Support catering operations, including order execution, coordination, accuracy, and successful event fulfillment
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless execution for large orders, off-site events, and catering opportunities
• Foster a positive, team-first culture aligned with 4 Rivers values and mission

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of restaurant experience (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting catering operations or large-volume food execution is a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
• Guest-first mindset with a hands-on, servant leadership approach
