As a Restaurant Professional, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Chick-fil-A Ballentine. Working closely with our leadership team, you will serve in a support capacity and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as a valued member of our front and back of house teams.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service across all service channels and set the tone for Team Members; deliver Core 4 and 2nd Mile service
• Become well-versed in the operations of both the front and back of house and delivery; stay up to date with Chick-fil-A standards and best practices for food safety and quality
• Represent the Chick-fil-A brand to customers; maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance
• Maintain punctuality when clocking into a shift and reporting to position
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Availability to work 50 hours and one night; work average of 35 hours
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; takes initiative and moves with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable communicating with other Team Members, including leaders, and customers
• Motivated by exceptional customer service; aligned with Chick-fil-A Ballentine vision and core values
• Experience working in customer service or the food industry is a plus
