Restaurant Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our Indian restaurant team in Apex, NC.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Manage reservations and seating
• Assist with takeout orders and customer questions
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with kitchen and restaurant staff
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Hindi-speaking is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
