Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met

- Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations

- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
