Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the Culver's way
• Bring a positive energy and attitude to work every day
• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Onboard, train, and mentor new team members
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the True Blue Crew
• Prepare and serve our delicious ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Support the General Manager in achieving operational goals

Qualifications:

• Commitment to full-time (40+ hours per week) with leadership responsibilities
• Upbeat, team-oriented personality eager to serve
• Strong delegation and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of restaurant work experience; 1-2 years in management preferred
• Willingness to work lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends
• Able to work 8-12 hour shifts and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Background check required
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certificate required during training
