Position Summary

The restaurant supervisor will work with the Restaurant Executive to guide a professional team of associates too exceed the expectations of Hotel Bethlehem’s guests.

You will assist in overseeing The Tap Room, 1741 on The Terrace, Musical Sunday Brunch and when in season our Patio. You will oversee our servers, hostess, bartenders, server assistants and expo for the shift you are working to ensure the quality-of-service Hotel Bethlehem has achieved for over 100 years.

This is a great position to start your restaurant management career. The Hotel Bethlehem prides itself on being promoted from within, candidates are trained to be able to advance based on performance.

Compensation

$20 per hour, will also take into consideration past performance and position
