Job Description - Restoration Business Development Manager

As a leading provider of restoration services in South Florida, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid book of business in the South Florida area, specifically Coral Springs, Florida, and have a strong understanding of the sales cycle within the restoration industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your existing client list and network in South Florida to develop and expand our customer base.

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision -makers in schools, hospitals, property management companies, and other potential clients.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business development opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Present and promote our services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Advanced Restoration.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.

  • Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong client list in the South Florida area.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the restoration industry or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated hustle factor, with a proactive and results -driven mindset.

  • In -depth understanding of the sales cycle and processes within the restoration industry.

  • Experience selling to schools, hospitals, property management companies, or similar organizations is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the sales process and effectively communicate the value proposition.

  • Self -motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the South Florida area.
