Retail Affiliate Promoter- Highest Bonuses in New England

This is an employee centered, community oriented, fun place to work. We are one of the largest home improvement companies in New England. We are based out of Chicopee Massachusetts, but operate in Connecticut as well.  

The essential function of this job is to greet the public within the store, offer them the opportunity to enter a sweepstakes, determine their needs, and set an appointment for an in-home demonstration.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting the public and encouraging them to enter a sweepstakes drawing
• Capturing the customers information, determining the home improvement needs, and scheduling an appointment within 72 hours
• Provide appointment reminders for all set appointments, stressing the policies of home ownership attendance
• Represent Yankee Home Improvement at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
