Retail Operations Administrator

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Retail Operations team, you will:

• Partner with service providers and retailers to support merchandising execution and store performance
• Investigate and solve store-level challenges, ensuring issues are resolved from root cause to completion
• Manage reporting dashboards, performance scorecards, and operational data that drive business decisions
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, Retail Planning, and Technology
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service execution, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships both in the field and across our organization to ensure exceptional customer and retailer experiences
