The Role

Nick's Menswear is looking for outgoing, professional Client Advisors who are great with people and interested in building a career in consultative sales.

This is not a typical retail sales role. Our customers come to us for important moments — weddings, interviews, promotions, milestone events, and more — and rely on their stylist for honest, knowledgeable guidance.

Menswear or fashion experience is not required. We will train you in fit, fabric, tailoring, styling, and wardrobe building. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, ask good questions, earn trust, and provide exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  Build strong relationships with customers and understand what they really need

  Guide customers through clothing selection, styling, and fit

  Provide honest, consultative recommendations

  Develop expertise in menswear, tailoring, and custom clothing

Experience in hospitality, fine dining, golf/country clubs, automotive or jewelry sales, specialty retail, consultative sales, or other high-touch customer environments can translate especially well, but is not required.

Compensation

• 
  

  Base: $16.50–$17.00/hour

  
  


• 
  

  Commission: 5% on floor sales; 10% on custom and made-to-measure

  
  


• 
  

  First-year earnings: typically $48,000–$65,000

  
  


• 
  

  Established stylists: typically $70,000–$95,000

  
  


• 
  

  Top performers: $100,000+

  
  


• 
  

  Uncapped earning potential based on performance

  
  

Training

New stylists receive hands-on training in fit, styling, tailoring, custom menswear, and customer service. Ongoing coaching and structured role-play are an important part of how we develop our team and help stylists grow their earnings.
