Retail Sales & Store Manager – St. Cyr Pool & Spa (North Hampton)

Full Time | $55,000–$70,000/year (Base + Bonuses)
Location: North Hampton, NH

We’re expanding our North Hampton location into a full-service pool and spa retail store, and we need someone who can run it like they own it.

We’re hiring a Retail Sales & Store Manager who knows how to move product, close sales, and run a clean, organized, customer-first operation. You’ll be responsible for everything from helping homeowners find the right chemicals to selling high-end hot tubs and swim spas.

This isn’t a corporate job with layers of middle management. This is a leadership role in a family-owned, third-generation business—built on hustle, pride, and trust.

What You'll Do:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the North Hampton retail store


• Sell and upsell hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, and water care packages


• Assist pool and spa customers with water testing and product recommendations


• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom


• Receive and stock inventory (pool chemicals, spa parts, accessories)


• Train seasonal or part-time retail staff during the busy season


• Follow up with leads and manage appointments via our CRM


• Execute company marketing events and local marketing engagements

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked in retail management or pool/spa supply sales before (even better if you’ve done both)


• You’re comfortable selling big-ticket items and know how to follow up and close


• You’re hands-on—if there’s stocking, organizing, or sweeping to do, you’re on it


• You’re reliable, professional, and take pride in running a clean, tight operation


• You have a good sense of marketing and growth strategy


• You want a long-term opportunity where your results actually matter

Compensation & Schedule:

• Base Salary: $52,000–$58,000 depending on experience


• Monthly Bonus Plan and commissions on big ticket sales


• Full-time, includes weekends


• Health and benefits eligible after 90 days


• Seasonal flexibility with retail hours (more in summer, less in winter)
