What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience 
• Assist customers in finding products and solutions that meet their needs 
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom 
• Support our Outside Sales team in delivering outstanding customer service 
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently 
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members 
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting retail environment 
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the success of the team 

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail sales experience preferred 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
• Basic math and computer proficiency 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality 
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment screening following a conditional offer
