Retail Sales Associate, PRN or As Needed

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Open/close the store and oversee sales, cash handling, and deposits
• Help create eye-catching displays and price merchandise
• Support sales and deliver outstanding customer service every day
• Collaborate with staff, residents, and volunteers to build a positive, respectful environment
• Safely move merchandise and assist with occasional pick-ups using company vehicles

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of work experience (management or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A team-first mindset with a passion for customer service
• Comfort with basic computer tools and POS systems
• Bonus: retail or antiques experience!
