Our Retail Sales Associates create an upbeat and welcoming store environment by engaging in friendly, sales-driven interactions with our loyal customers. We are looking for Retail Sales Associates to pair our customers with the right products and services, while answering customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Our retail sales associates must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
• Retail, customer service, sales associate, hospitality, or cashier experience is a plus
• Retail sales associates are great team players comfortable in fast paced environments
• Retail associates must be able to stand in-store for the length of their shift
• Computer literacy is required for our retail sales associates
• Retail sales associates are stellar communicators with great verbal communication skills
• To join our retail team you must be authorized to work in the United States

Sales Associate Tasks and Duties

• Retail sales associates provide knowledgeable responses to customer questions
• Drive sales via product suggestion
• Maintain store displays
• Manage marketing collateral
• Retail sales associates enter customer data
• Interact with as many customers as possible on a daily basis
• Sales associates greet our customers in a cheerful manner
• Retail associates are responsible for inventory management

Who You Are

You’ve had proven success in a customer service or sales organization. You are eager to transform the real estate industry and to be part of something awesome.

You Have:

Stellar verbal and written communication skills

At least one year of experience in inside sales, retail, real estate, or customer service.

Exceptional poise handling customer and client relations

Attention to detail when communicating and managing your pipeline

The ability to build long term relationships with our client base

A determined mindset, and a drive to receive high commissions and bonuses

Our Account Executives have background experience in marketing, sales, client relations, customer service, account management, client relationship management, advertising and communications.
