Join the team at The UPS Store! Our West Braker Lane location is situated right in the heart of the action near The Domain. While we are a world-class brand, this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons.

We have proudly served the Austin community for over 10 years and are looking for a Full-Time Associate who thrives in a high-traffic, professional retail environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  Provide world-class customer service to the diverse mix of professionals and residents near The Domain.

  Expertly advise customers on shipping options, professional printing, and document finishing.

  
  


• 
  

  Master our point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized logistics software.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist small business owners with high-quality printing, binding, and laminating projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and "Domain-standard" professional store environment.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required.

  
  


• 
  

  Full-Time availability is required for this location.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a major plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

  Fast learner who can adapt to the fast-paced energy of the North Austin/Domain area.
