Retail Sales Professional Luxury Jewelry & Watches

Brinker’s Jewelers is looking for an exceptional Retail Sales Professional to join our Evansville sales team.

This is not a traditional “jewelry experience required” position. We are looking for a proven salesperson, client advisor, relationship builder, or customer service professional who knows how to listen, build trust, follow up, and turn great customer experiences into long-term relationships and repeat business.

If you have been a top performer in retail sales, luxury sales, automotive sales, furniture sales, hospitality, real estate, financial services, or another relationship-driven sales environment, we want to hear from you.

Jewelry experience is welcome but not required. We can teach jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and timepieces. What is much harder to teach is curiosity, professionalism, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, follow-through, and a genuine interest in helping customers make the right purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Provide an exceptional, consultative sales experience to every client


• Sell fine jewelry, diamonds, engagement rings, watches, gifts, and luxury products


• Develop long-term customer relationships through clienteling and relationship selling


• Follow up with existing and prospective clients by phone, text, email, and other appropriate channels


• Build repeat and referral business


• Learn product knowledge quickly and continually expand your expertise


• Maintain detailed customer information, preferences, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities


• Help customers celebrate engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, milestones, and other important life events


• Work collaboratively with sales, service, repair, and operations teams


• Maintain the professionalism and attention to detail expected in a luxury retail environment

Who We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will have:

• A proven history of success in retail sales, commission sales, luxury sales, customer service, or relationship-based selling


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent follow-up and organizational habits


• Experience developing repeat customers and referral business


• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport


• Strong attention to detail


• A genuine interest in people and their stories


• The ability and desire to learn technical product information


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Comfort working toward individual and team sales goals

Prior jewelry or watch experience is not required.

We are particularly interested in high-performing sales professionals from other industries who believe their success comes from taking care of customers rather than simply “closing” them.
