Main Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Help customers find products and introduce new items
• Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stock and organize the selling floor to keep it neat and fully stocked
• Handle returns and customer inquiries efficiently
• Work closely with team members to deliver outstanding service
• Closing up the store

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent recommended
• Experience in retail sales or related roles is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and stocking shelves
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset
• Can lift up to 60 lbs
