Retail Sales Representative

We're looking for people who enjoy working, helping others and being part of a team.

If you like staying busy, learning new things, and helping wherever you're needed, you may be a great fit! As an M&D All Star Sales Associate, you'll work on a team to help customers, stock merchandise, and keep the store organized. Hardware experience is NOT required. We're looking for dependable people with a can-do, will-do attitude who are excited to learn and help customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide exceptional customer service to help our customers find what they need
• Learn about hardware, tools, and home improvement products
• Stock and organize merchandise
• Move constantly with very little stationary time
• Keep the store clean and safe
• Work with a team
• Follow directions from supervisors
• Lift and move merchandise
• Work weekends/holidays as scheduled
