Retail Store Manager

United Beauty Supply has been in the valley supporting our community for over 20 years!  We are a proud family-owned business that stands behind our products, service, employees and our customers.  We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as our Retail Store Manager onsite at our Goodyear location, 13778 W. McDowell Rd, 85395!

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our retail store, which includes overseeing sales, store operations, staff and inventory.  As a manager you will evaluate employees and mentor them to improve their retail skills, addressing issues with staff and planning professional development opportunities and company policies for employee behavior. 

As our Store Manager you will:

• 
  Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability


• 
  Managing store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance


• 
  Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles


• 
  Creating and maintaining a positive and customer-focused atmosphere in the store


• 
  Monitoring inventory levels and ordering products as needed


• 
  Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers


• 
  Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner


• 
  Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement


• 
  Implementing marketing promotions and events to drive traffic to the store


• 
  Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security


• 
  Reporting to and collaborating with upper management on store performance and goals

Our Ideal Candidate will bring:

• 
  Previous retail management experience preferably in the beauty industry or retail highly preferred, not required


• 
  Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles


• 
  Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Strong leadership, coaching and building engaging teams 


• 
  Demonstrated organizational skills


• 
  Prove ability to multitask and problem-solve


• 
  A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required
